GAS MANIFOLD SYSTEM

The Automatic Gas Manifold Panel is the central interface between high-pressure gas cylinders and the distribution pipeline of your hospital, performing pressure regulation, source switching, and monitoring and alarms.

To regulate two sources, the panel is installed in the gas manifold room as a wall-mounted device. Assembled, configured and tested at the factory, it connects to the pipeline via the outlet and receives input from cylinder banks via high-pressure gas manifold header bars.

For clinical application, the panel's two-stage pressure regulation lowers compressed gas from cylinders to the nominal distribution pressure. A switchover system selects the source based on specified thresholds to ensure continuous supply. The alarm system uses pressure switches to detect abnormal pressure and an analogue gauge for displaying input and output pressures, allowing users to monitor system status.
